      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Improper training. Inequality in pay and retaliation for discussion of same with coworkers. Unsafe work environment. Requiring asbestos cleanup without proper PPE, i.e., respirators. Improper termination process, i.e., not following procedures.

      Good people and a very responsive leadership team. Diverse businesses under the overall name and tons of growth potential.

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
