      Pros

      Schedule and good upfront starting salary. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Horrible management. raises are based of a percentage rather than merit. Ego driven managers are rampant and HR is worthless. They will also move quickly to find faults but take time to improve work place environment and take forever on improving salaries to be competitive with the market. Understaffed and over working is common here with no overtime available. Managers have their favorites and show their bias view of things on a normal bases

      Good people and a very responsive leadership team. Diverse businesses under the overall name and tons of growth potential.

      Cons

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
