Good place to Learn - found good mentor - need to do a-z work as it is small place

Too much work pressure as the organization's expectation is more - want to get more work from less employee - last phase of term faced some psychopath manager who used to show off a lot to client and basically a nut in all format. Want to showcase all the juggling in one hand and lastly kicked off by management....
