Poor management, appropriate comments, never felt like my work meant anything

I can not think of one

Very toxic and biased work culture. The favourites and relatives of the higher management are favoured. Worst leave policy an employee can have. The System is so broken that do not even have a posh policy. Highly toxic environment.
