I want to share my experience with this company. The company has a very bad work culture. You are expected to do overtime for dependencies or requirements, but no one notices or appreciates it. However, if you come even 2 minutes late, they mark it as a short leave and may deduct half-day salary. There is no job security at all. You never know when you might receive a termination email without any prior notice. Sometimes, employees are informed in the evening that they should not come from the next day. The company has also laid off people just 2–3 days before festivals. Management does not understand employee problems, and HR support is very poor. HR often does not reply to Teams messages, does not acknowledge emails, and can be rude in communication. There is no proper work ethic or professionalism. People do not always know how to communicate or behave professionally. Employees are given any type of work, regardless of their role—for example, even developers may be asked to do data entry tasks. Another issue is that employees are blamed even when they do not have work. Even if there are no projects or tasks assigned, the company still holds employees responsible. The company focuses heavily on task sheets. Employees are required to mention each hour of their work in detail. Appraisals are also a concern. They are often given to people who are close to management rather than those who deserve it. The process is very slow—it can take around 1.5 years, even though the rule says 1 year. Even after that, it is not guaranteed that you will receive the appraisal amount on time. The company frequently lays off employees, regardless of how long they have worked there. Even trusted employees have been removed if they disagreed with management decisions. For working women, there are concerns about maternity support. While policies may exist on paper, taking leave may lead to termination for unclear reasons. Overall, this company is not a good place to work and needs serious improvement in work culture, management, and employee support.
