      There are no pros to working here. The current President is a horrible leader, that came in a entirely changed the atmosphere to a stressful, non-caring, unprofessional one. There is no room for growth and the salaries do not match up to industry standards.

      Great benefits. Hybrid work schedule with 2 days/weeek in office.

      Salaries are low. Postsecondary Education division has terrible leadership at the VP level.
