Pros
* Pay is decent for the area
* They do offer decent health insurance
Cons
* Coworkers are very "cliquey" including the management
* Training is lackluster and most employees admit they have no idea what they are doing.
* You are doing the work of at least 3 people at once
* They understaff on purpose which puts people at risk, both residents and staff.
* Definitely seem more focused on profit than providing care.
* Management does not care about you, they won't help you get shifts covered and even when time off is requested in advance they expect you to find coverage.
