      Pros

      Provide as much equipment as you need to work remotely. HR was very helpful

      Cons

      Felt like an outsider on the team I was a part of. Constantly received negative feedback, rarely given constructive feedback or praise. Never given a chance to explain. Constantly time pressured for certain clients due to other members of team completing work outside of hours without billing time giving an unrealistic view of how long jobs can take.
