Pros
The people that work their are great excluding HR and some partners They pay for your training and have no contractual time to stay after you are qualified
Cons
Severely underpaid and over worked. No overtime paid even when some people are doing 60-80 hour weeks Have zero care over mental health Very high turnover No point staying after training as most of the work is outsourced to Sri Lanka HR is useless, henchmen for the partners and aren't very good at hiding it
