Pros
1. It is not an IT company(my belief) 2. They Expect from Employees to work around 16-18 hours per day. 3. No Comp-offs 4. Company teaches u how to act , better it would be a good acting institute..
Cons
1.Company is made disaster by some managers who were sitting in as Project Managers and other Managers, 2.Team leads intentionally act to Scare Employee by giving Unending Infinite Tasks. 3. They always relay on the new Employee to do the Tasks which Team leads cant do.....
