- Low market salary and unreasonable working hours and expectation, including mandatory working on Saturdays; - Unhealthy and toxic culture; some Staffs and employees are shouted and scolded openly with demoralising comments; -Favouritism to family and siblings that are related to the founder -Over-rated achievements; basically survive on government grants, with no clear strategic sustainability plans; this can be substantiated by loses of revenues for multiple years;
