Great employees and lower level managers that can't implement real improvements, unfortunately
Cons
HQ in Europe out of touch with US division. Benefits and compensation great 15 even 10 years ago but not kept up with competition or inflation. Extremely limited opportunities for promotion or progression, little to no real training on processes , training program for new employees is no existent and OJT only Employee appreciation events slashed to save $$$ to maximize profits for corporate in Europe. Long hours plus Shift work has 100s of mandatory overtime hours due to not enough employees to cover vacations
