- Contributions are put straight to production so first time developers will get experience to put on their resume pretty fast - Very nice and helpful coworkers - Culture is very chill and laidback. Personally, it was perfect for a college student - Very flexible. I was able to go to school AND work AND have a second job at the same time without any problems. - Company is very open to using newer technologies - Your opinions are taken into consideration when working on a project instead of just overruled due to seniority - Company has lots of potential so you'd be grandfathered in when they hit it big. (They most likely will)
