      The low to mid level employees are the best.

      Cons

      Awful insurance. Pay in non competitive to other local hospitals. Bought by a large health system that has made the organization go downhill. Cares about image and profit over doing the right thing.

      Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
