State of the art facility, patients are treated very well, all private room; generally very collaborative culture between physicians and clinical staff. Administration usually supportive. Very clean, cheerful surroundings
Cons
Employee parking is not very close; volumes in the hospital can vary greatly, causing employees to be "low censused" and hours later can end up working short staffed
