The company is led by a CEO and executive management who genuinely care for the employees and make business decisions with a strategic vision, but also with the best interest of the employees in mind. No day is the same as the next, which keeps me engaged, offering continuous learning opportunities. SSOE also provides the flexibility I need to maintain a healthy work / life balance. I never have to worry about choosing between my work and my family. I know SSOE supports my personal needs as well as professional growth.

I can't think of any honestly. I've been with the company for more than a decade and hope to be there many more years.
