I liked the employees, and some of the management.
Cons
Food kept in the Danger Zone. I would not consume any food from their locations. Refrigeration Units were not repaired after addressing the issue multiple times with my supervisors, I worked 90-100 hours a week, 7 days a week the first 2 months I was employed. Out of product on a continuous basis. Have to order product from a central commissary that is overwhelmed, and staffed with inexperienced foodhandlers. The airport is completely rat infested. (Dead rats in the ceilings!) Underpaid Management and Employees. When SSP Corporate comes to visit, all problems are hidden, and not addressed, or repaired.
