      Small plant where individual contributions are noticed and appreciated. Management if flexible. If you want to learn something, people are willing to teach you. Breaks are provided. Lots of opportunity for OT.

      Cons

      Concrete plants are messy. The hours can be long, but makes for good paychecks.

      Good benefits for health and average time off offered.

      Cons

      Not sure what the project priorities are. This is seen in higher ups as well. Pretty unreasonable expectations for research and development.
