Pros
It's a great place most of the time. Work is simple and straightforward. No targets, and when it is busy, everyone works together to get the job done.
Cons
Trainers. Selected people are chosen to train in areas they have no experience in themselves. Manager from training department spies on people through windows and gives off uncomfortable vibes. Blackburn site was best for training though.
