      Pros

      The environment at STACK is very laid back. As a start up, things are always changing and evolving and its a ton of fun to be a part of that process. I love that management is so open to hearing the ideas and opinions of everyone in the company. Co-workers are amazing, friendly, and helpful. We are one team and act as such. The success of one leads to the success of the group and everyone is more than willing to help you get where you need to be.

      Good Work/Life Balance, Manager seems to care about me as a person, C's seem to want to do the right thing for the company

      Cons

      Middle Management and higher seem to care less about the employees, Company focus has gotten away from the customer, Policy shifts are towards higher cost, and less customer service
