Pros
Great, friendly and very capable colleagues. Some good perks such as the possibility of a massage each month (paid by you but on their time), cantine and various parties.
Cons
The management is often not at the level of the employees educationally or in regard to experience from other companies. It sometimes leads to bullying, employees crying in the toilets and people going down with stress. The management is very old fashioned and conservative.
