Friendly co-workers. Supportive bosses. A huge number of contracts with various multi-national companies based in the Netherlands. English sector is growing as new contracts come in. Great exposure in terms of networking via coursework done at various businesses in the area.
Cons
Somewhat disorganized, seemingly from growing pains. Employees need to seek out answers/instruction from others rather than being provided information up front. Lesson planning hours are unpaid, meaning the per hour salary is often less than indicated. Some unrealistic expectations in terms of schedule flexibility.
