Pros
Few to none. They hope that the virtual Fridays will attract job candidates, but Fridays are not enough to make this place worth working at.
Cons
The leadership is horrible. The school is being run into the ground by unqualified and incompetent people. Moreover, the students' behavior is horrible. The parents send their kids here in an attempt to insulate them from "American" culutre, but these kids are the most rude, biggoted, and racist I have ever experienced. This stringently segregated school does not provide an equal education to their students. There are 0 extra-curricular activities offered, and the only electives offered are Art and Arabic. The benefits they offer are terrible. High deductible, no medications covered, no mental health services are covered either, which is laughable because of how horribly depressed and miserable many of staff is. It'd be nice if I could go to a therapist to help me cope with this place, but that's not possible.
