Pros
There is a legitimate drive to excellence both in safety and service. The camaraderie among the service teams is reminiscent of the military. They take care of their service team, with the car, phone and benefits.
Cons
The customers are the worst, really just terrible nurses, doctors, directors, OR managers and SPD managers who don't treat the service team like their human beings. It got to the point where I hated answering the phone, because unless you were going to be there in 5 minutes, and giving them something free, they were complaining and yelling. The pay doesn't match the work. They are the lowest paying field service organization in healthcare. As far as managers, their car package is the worst in the industry.
