      Overall friendly people for the most part

      Cons

      poor management as far as budgeting , networking, bidding new projects , & Sales in scouting out future projects in this economical downfall, poor competitive bidding capable people for competitive market in which to obtain & win new bids & keep employees working. Poor all aroud upper managementment & severely lacking up to date date software systems for proporky funtioning engineering Data systems

      Pros

      Mediums sized company but still allows to build personal relationships with other employees and supervision. Additionally, moving up within the company is very possible if you progress and present skilled labor to the company. Wages are great and they give more than ample hours.

      Cons

      Not much to mention here, but the hours can be long sometimes (60-70 hrs/week)
