Great leadership. Work is fulfilling. Sense of community in the workplace. Great office and location.

There are no significant cons.

Mediums sized company but still allows to build personal relationships with other employees and supervision. Additionally, moving up within the company is very possible if you progress and present skilled labor to the company. Wages are great and they give more than ample hours.

Not much to mention here, but the hours can be long sometimes (60-70 hrs/week)
