People are nice and are a fairly young group.
Cons
Lack of organizational structure (no HR/admin, marketing/sales department, etc). Processes are inconsistent, low competitive pay. Lack of communication from management/leadership, Covid has accelerated that exposure. Management avoids meaningful engagement with team members.
