Pros
I met some great people while there. Some people I would ultimately say became friends outside of the work environment. Some of the best creative minds in the business and very talented people. In the first year of employment, in my mind this was one of the best places to work. I got to work on some great clients, thought of amazing ideas for them and could really feel proud of my work.
Cons
In the second year of employment, the workload became immense. Between letting go of a number of people, impossible goals from management, the time difference between the East and West coast and so much more, I felt like I was always working. It did feel that if you was not one of the favorites in your pod, moving up within the company would be impossible. For those who were placed on a PIP, just go ahead and look for a new role because it feels they use that as a way to cover for them when they eventually let you go despite all the added work they give you. When a person is let go, be prepared to not have someone backfill that role and have more added work/client put on your plate. They claim that mental wellness is in the forefront of this company but they have ran down some of the strongest people I know. I've also seen them let go of people who were either just about to give birth to a child or in the middle of some of the most devestating times of their lives. It seems they don't want to pay people to be on maternity/paternity leave if they are not if their future plans or trying to save money.
