Pros

- The atmosphere is quite good within the intern team, the company is always looking to maintain a multicultural team. Unreal experience. - Lunch outings and drink events on a regular basis, it is always fun. - Good exposure to the life sciences industry, good networking opportunities - Client partners and country managers have expertise in their specific sectors and have a good network which can help you at a lot of times.

Cons

- Unstable structure of the company, lack of professionalism on the part of some consultants, multiculturalism is currently restricted to the intern's level. - A lot of candidate interviews cancelled without feedback from consultants, rejected candidates never informed because of the constant focus on approaching the maximum number of candidates, - Saying the work is challenging or the work is stressful are different things, the projects run solely on interns' hard work (often >50% of the project) - While we pretend that the consultants are easily approachable, often the support is good for nothing, leaving interns to figure out everything on their own - Interns imposed with weekly targets to be achieved in terms of the number of interviews scheduled for consultants. Complete disregard for project situation, market for talent and long-term project goals - Broken recruitment software and company phones not working, but the IT team is either not on the desk or has no idea how to fix the issue - Pay for the interns?

Pros

- Initial training - Team lunches - Accessible location in the city center

Cons

- Employees constantly leaving or being let go - Exploited interns who are pressured into delivering as if they would be employees while being paid the bare minimum - Lack of support for interns after the first two weeks in the job - there is no full time employee responsible for the screening and approaching of candidates - Repetitive job, no intellectual challenge - Team spirit not that great
