On top of that, in the Field Service Engineering (FSE) department, the experience has been especially rewarding. The team is well-organized, the work is engaging, and there’s always support when you need it. Leadership is approachable, fair, and genuinely focused on helping the team grow — both professionally and personally. It’s a department where you’re encouraged to improve and take ownership of what you do.
