Pros

The company offers a really competitive salary, and benefits like a 13th-month bonus, flexible working hours, and high OT pay make a big difference. The work environment is generally positive: not much office politics, and people are easy to work with. There's also a good balance between work and personal life, which is something I really appreciate. On top of that, in the Field Service Engineering (FSE) department, the experience has been especially rewarding. The team is well-organized, the work is engaging, and there’s always support when you need it. Leadership is approachable, fair, and genuinely focused on helping the team grow — both professionally and personally. It’s a department where you’re encouraged to improve and take ownership of what you do.

Cons

The benefits may not be as extensive as those offered by large multinational companies (like stock options or global mobility programs), but overall, they’re fair and sufficient. Workload can be high during peak periods, especially for field roles, but the compensation and team support help balance it out.

Pros

I do not have twenty words to put here. So I'm just filling up this useless space with this explanation.

Cons

Well... Twenty more words I do not feel like expressing on here. What I could say, I won't. I have nothing to say about this particular company that they cannot say for themselves.

Pros

Willing to give you a chance to learn and grow. Willing to give you a chance to make mistakes and learn from them. Quickly gives you responsibilities.

Cons

Management only knows how to micromanage. Will constantly ask for overtime - overworked. Management will make decisions based on impulse without knowing the full situation. Unrealistic timelines for projects. Management will lie a lot.
