      Pros

      3/4 Days off a week makes it easy to plan things. Bonus is a plus, makes it hard to leave. Once the job is learned there are not many surprises.

      Cons

      Poor management, no HR, rigorous mutinous work, no scheduled breaks, cannot do anything after 12 hour shift.

      The only good thing about this place is constant work

      Cons

      Management is not the best within my years of experience it seems that other departments are against each other and most employees are very underpaid for the amount of work and the bonuses could be considered a joke
