Pros

- Ok global brand - Parties on company (but nowadays you get it everywhere in recruitment) - Nice office - Ok comms structure

Cons

- Management is stagnant: no fresh ideas, old school way of doing business, not listening to senior consultants, arrogant, think they’re number one in the industry but in reality they’re very far from... - Promoting loyalists who are not billing - Newcomers are treated like kids in pre-school - Top-billers are assigned to manage large teams and fail having neither experience nor management skills - back office is much UK centric and lacking knowledge in dealing with local authorities - Leavers are treated as enemies no matter how much they’ve done for the company - The office is not doing well at all and the management is not capable to fix it - Micromanagement at every stage of your career - The Real Staffing team, especially those who’ve been there for a few years are EXTREMELY ARROGANT AND UNFRIENDLY to newcomers, NOT WELCOMING! - There is a reason for such a high turnover

Pros

Great office building location, company culture, and generous PTO.

Cons

There is a large emphasis of meeting metrics and KPIs. Seems as though management is more focused on hitting daily numbers rather than celebrating actual wins. There is not a lot of training involved in the process of actually acquiring clients. First few months will be training and filled with lots of meetings about getting candidates for jobs that don’t exist. A lot of the job is luck and money is largely dependent on what area you’re working in and your managers connections as well. Definitely not a job where you should expect to make commission within your first year or two.
