      Pros

      Really good midwestern culture, with ownership that cares about its employees. Great offices in Arlington Heights, great, great, great work-life balance, and fun

      Cons

      What would people complain about - the gym isn't nice enough? The library isn't quiet enough? The well-stocked kitchen isn't convenient enough? The ping pong table isn't fun enough? No cons. Great work, if you can get it.

      Pros

      A fantastic group of people. The environment is casual and the people are top notch. I read the comments before mine, and the few negatives listed have not been my experience at all. At SVM, you get out exactly what you put in. I work hard. I respect my coworkers. I help wherever I can. I appreciate everything the company does for me, big and small. Everyone has been phenomenal, and my experience has been great. They are always looking to improve, and I commend their efforts.

      Cons

      No workplace is 100% perfect, but I give SVM a 98%!
