Horrible attitude from the CEO - ECommerce Manager SWCORP Employee Review

the people are friendly and the work environment feel supportive. I learned a lot there

Sometimes communication between teams isn’t good, which can slow things down

- good office space with lots of room

- CEO doesn’t know how to interact with his employees and treats everyone like a number - There is zero help from upper management everyone is on their own, there is zero collaboration - Everything changes week to week there is zero consistency and everyone is out for themselves - The building is disgusting, filled with rats and mice it needs to be cleaned up - The employee bathrooms would fail a health inspection and there is a pervasive chemical smell throughout the building. - Everyone working in the company is a J1 visa making 30k and only work for 12 months at a time, it is a chop shop.
