      Opportunity to manage your own work flow, you can push fore more projects and certain topics. Large player so they get a lot of projects Very flexible, you manage your own schedule. No "desk time" necessary

      Cons

      Heavy focus on invoicing and "doing your hours" meaning that there is little time for actual development focus and a lot of focus on just getting the job done
