      Poor management. Poor career options for technical staff. Poor performance evaluation system - it's a popularity contest. Technical staff undervalued compared to other business roles.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
