Pros
Unlike a lot of employers, this company isn't afraid to take a chance on young people with a short resume. They actively participate in university Co-op programs and don't hesitate to hire people essentially straight out of their education. Most people there are very friendly and great to work with.
Cons
Like many start ups, there's not much job security. No one really knew if the company would be operating in 12 months. They are pretty flexible when staff needs time off for work/life balance needs, however they don't shy away from contacting you during your vacation days. There's a few people that are habitually nasty and childish. In a small company they tend to stand out and can ruin your day in a hurry.
