On-site parking is a convenient benefit, however, there are limited other standout positives.

Not what they claim to be, or what they present themselves as. Their stated values are neither actively communicated nor taken seriously in practice. There is a clear disconnect between those values and the day-to-day treatment of staff, with little accountability or meaningful action to reflect them. A genuine focus on employees and culture is needed.

None that I can think of

Not at all what they say they are or the image they attempt to portray to the public. No real care factor for people they are supposed to help. Terrible double standards. Only interested in outcomes, not the effort and work put in to get it.
