Cons
Not much opportunity for career growth, especially if you are not stationed in Germany. Slow growth, means that once you are assigned to a customer's project you have little chance of moving on to another project. The US team is spread out all over, with little communication. You are on your own for much of the time. Employment agreement is not idea for new college graduates.
