Pros
During my time here SYZYGY went through some large structural changes, however, I found that the support that was given to us by upper management and HR was exemplary and helped all of us adjust well. I've found that the culture here is extremely supportive and encourages people to develop themselves. If you want more responsibility, management is always happy to help you take that step up and if you're struggling with tasks there is no shame in saying so. The upper management treat people fairly and take the time to have open conversations with junior team members, showing appreciation for a job well done - which I find quite refreshing and encouraging. Overall I would say it's a healthy and balanced work environment!
Cons
There have been times where the work load has been quite stressful- especially close to deadlines, but that is the case in most agencies.
