Pros
Sharp managers, good benefits and improving, small close knit corporate staff keeps overhead small in bidding and winning contracts. Broadening employment base by diversifying into IT services. National presence. Very good tuition assistance program. 401K match program. Very little office politics.
Cons
Most work is currently government prime/sub contract. Compensation is generally set by government contract. Most job growth is non-existent due to government contract employment categories.
