Pros
Consultants get paid well but no work life balance.
Cons
Management is turning a blind eye for so many issues the company has. You will be targeted if you try to raise your concerns. They don't have their own finance system up and running so them implementing systems to others is a joke. They use the few good projects to cover so many bad ones.
