Lack of respect for Temp employees - Anonymous employee Saddleback College Employee Review

I worked as a substitute program assistant and interviewed for the permanent position. I received no courtesy phone call or e-mail letting me know that I did not get the job. I did not know until the day after my last day after calling HR and leaving several messages. I was basically told don't come back on Monday we don't need you anymore. I was extremely appalled by this treatment.
