Pros
-Tries its best to practice feminist and social justice work (non-hierarchical, no dress code, connecting on deeper levels, sharing our truths, etc.)
Cons
-Because it is not hierarchal, you have to get used to the work. It seems like we just got thrown in there, but it worked out just fine. If I was to ever go back I would be ready. I gained valuable skills.
