Great opportunity to learn, if you are in the right area and have the right boss. Good benefits. Free lunch and breakfast provided. Mandatory 1 week vacations for July 4 week and Christmas to New Year's. Some incredible engineers. If the president likes you, you're golden. If you aren't serious about producing, keep looking.
Cons
Little chance for mobility, doesn't appear that women fair very well at Safe Flight. Executive staff is always at war with each other and does not have a shared vision. Wouldn't take an executive position here. If the president doesn't like you, start looking.
