Pros

Most of the staff is amazing. Great product and they are continually trying to better their product and processes. The employees really care about the customers and their experiences.

Cons

The CEO/Owner is a narcissistic control freak with no regard for employee moral or culture. He acts like moral and culture matters, but doesn't think he has to make any changes himself to correct it. He is literally the only issue with moral and culture in that building. Usually zero direction is given or follow up and then he'll go off about how wrong it all is. And if direction or approval is given, he will change his mind and act like none was given in the first place. They bring people in for particular positions, but then give no direction or clear path and people fail at no fault of their own. And even if you try to find your own path or make yourself useful, it is shot down. He has no interest in trying to find out employees strengths and where they can be the most useful. He's brash and abrasive and brushes people off, because he does not care about their thoughts or suggestions. I'm pretty sure he thinks he's the only one capable of running a business successfully. If you interview here, make sure he is a part of your interview process or else he'll find zero value in you.

Pros

Flexible hours, interesting products, able to work with others, small to medium company.

Cons

The company or CEO hires great talent and fires quickly. They put sloppy and lazy joes in charge. This is not a place to build a career. In fact, they’ll ruin your resume and time, so my recommendation is to just find somewhere else to work and build with. They profit over your hard work and then let you go when they no longer need you or run out of ideas to keep you busy. The CEO tells you to run your department or section, but won’t allow you to make any decisions. Take your talent or skills somewhere else.
