Pros
Great place to meet new people. Was a good place to work when management was structured correctly.
Cons
No help whatsoever from upper management on staffing. Expected to find staff and recruit people without the tools to do so, even though they have dedicated recruiter positions in the company who's job it is to do just that. No regard for safety. Salary position most of the year is nowhere near 40 hours in a week. More close to 90+ with no extra pay or days off. Even after working 60 days straight, walking 15 miles per day in 90°F+ weather, if you experience heat exhaustion/stroke the management will still expected to try to "come in for some hours the next day." Then, if you have to take the day, even after fulfilling your 40 hour obligated hours, they will take PTO hours that you've earned and not tell you about it (30 hours, not 8 as if you've missed a day). No regard for home life / work balance. You're expected to be ready to do anything at anytime, regardless of the circumstance. HR is 100% NOT impartial and will absolutely take sides with senior members regardless of if they're blatantly lying or not. Expected to do the job of 6 people alone without so much as a raise or check ins from upper management to make sure you're okay. Basically, the list of cons is way too big to list. however, with a few changes it could absolutely be fixed. They just choose to ignore the issues until they get bigger and bigger and then remain blinded by the obvious reasons behind it and try to act as if it's something else entirely.
