Pros

Only the pay. Nothing else.

Cons

I will keep this to just 5 bullet points. Could be much more. -If you don't think the CEO is the world's smartest man, leave. Everyone here hangs on to his words like gospel and you are expected to do the same. -Note how they right about how "successful" they are under every negative review. Not particularly true and also notes to their character. -Time for family or kids? No. If you don't live and breath Safespill consider yourself fired. -The blame game is the only way to survive. -Notice how most of the positive reviews are from current employees and from the October area. Its like they noticed their 2 star rating was hurting their ability to get qualified candidates. What I am saying is, if you are fresh out of college and need a job this will do. If you have any other options, please run. This place is the greater of 2 evils.

To start, thank you for your feedback from your experience. As we continuously grow with an increasing number of incoming projects, it’s important to us that our team can grow with us, which means their feedback is important. I’ll touch on your points to shed some light from another internal perspective: o Many team members, including myself, have dealt with cancer within our lives while even losing family. It is a family-altering disease, and not only is what we are doing important for the environment, but it’s protecting our nation’s military, their health, and their futures. That is a serious responsibility and job to do, and the people on the team seem to know how motivating and important that is, especially being the only current environmentally safe solution on the market. o Work/life balance and “blame”: I am sorry you felt this way during your time with us. Self-discipline to meet your priorities and deadlines and using your team when you think you are time-crunched typically has resulted in success at Safespill. Family is ultimately your backbone of support, and we want you at your best and will support you to manage time with your family. This also goes for taking responsibility for your actions rather than blaming, which will inevitably lead to self-improvement (one of our core values). o We do suggest current team members leave a review if they feel inclined to do so to give authentic insight to potential team members on what it is like at Safespill, just as any other company does. There is no problem attracting qualified candidates to join the team as winners identify with other winners, and we have seen the excitement to be a part of the culture and the numerous opportunities to grow and learn. -Justin Maunz, People Operations Manager

There are a lot of great things about working at Safespill. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, The health benefits are great, and the company genuinely cares about team members both in and outside of work. The on-site gym with a trainer (free to team members) is an awesome perk and a perfect way to reset during/at the end of the day. The team culture is a big standout. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and easy to work with. There are also fun events throughout the year that make it easy to connect with coworkers. Safespill is family oriented and

Pros

Competitive salary, nice facility, liked the people I worked with

Cons

Honestly I really respect the CEO, but in my opinion he moves too fast and gets the company into trouble where departments have to scramble to keep up with his promises. Tristan is really smart and believes in the product. They are very quick to fire. If they feel you don't fit company values, you're gone. I gave them everything I had and still got let go.
