Poor benefits Unfair overtime policy Management updated contracts and snuck in reductions to overtime, increases to required notice to resign (although no increase in notice for them to let us go) Company culture is bad. noone talks to each other and everyone disappears at lunch time, company social events are awkward and boring Poor work life balance, multiple calls and messages outside of work hours and even when on leave. There have been occasions where people on bereavement leave have been asked to work!
