      Pros

      Good place to work during this recession. Everybody has to eat.

      Cons

      Pay is low for geographic/economic area. Way too focused on their service program. It has become punitive instead of creating a better environment for the customer. Most employees live in fear of "Missing a Shop" and being beaten up in service meetings.

      I can't think of anything in particular. It's has ben a few years sense I've moved on.

      Fun job for some exercise, and possibly shopping for yourself

      Cons

      Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
